III. Statement on Direct Linking
As I have had trouble with this in the past I will state clearly my policy on directly linking files - it is prohibited.
Direct Linking is a term referring to when your web page is linking directly to the URL of images or other multimedia files on my web server - instead of the URL of the page that loads the material on my site.
It uses the bandwidth of the owner of the material - which is often times paid for - and is considered stealing. It is also against the terms of service for most hosting companies. If your site is found to be direct linking without permission, I will first contact you to rectify the problem. If that doesn't work I will contact your web host about the problem. They, I know, will take care of it.
Simply put, all material used is to be uploaded to and linked from your own server.
IV. Off-Site Links
Dei-Gratia.net makes every effort to warn when links take a viewer off-site to another website. The following symbol indicates an off-site link.
No claim is made that the websites linked by Dei-Gratia.net are suitable for everyone. Dei-Gratia.net is not responsible for the contents of any off-site pages or any other sites linked to this site. Your following of any links to any other off-site pages or other sites is at your own risk.
